KEEP GOING PASSION, PURPOSE AND POSITIVITY OFFLINE TEACHERS TRAINING PROGRAM ON 15TH JUNE 2023
A positive outlook is instrumental for accomplishing professional goals and commitment. Comprehending the need of the times, Carmel Convent School, BHEL , organised a workshop for the teaching staff on June 15 with an aim to develop an optimistic approach and boost the success graph of teachers along with beginning the session with renewed vigor. Eminent Psychologist and Motivational speaker Mr Mahendra Joshi ,the resource person conducted the session with precision and finesse. The aim was to enhance pedagogical practices, creating a congenial environment for improved learning outcomes of students with great inputs from educators. A range of topics encompassing key areas such as self-motivation, building self-esteem, sound communication skills, updating and upgrading for enhanced creativity and innovation,cordial rapport with students and colleagues were covered through presentations,interactive drills, Q&A session and recreational games. A sincere attempt to bring a transition , making teachers realise their hidden potential along with skill set training would go a long way to help them perform to the best of their abilities.
