SPECIAL ASSEMBLY-A SAINT CHAVARA
A special assembly was conducted by the students of class 3rd A under the leadership of the class teacher on 4th Jan 2023 on the topic Saint Chavara all 53 students participated enthusiastically in it. The assembly was attended by our Principal Rev. Dr. Sr Kripa, Sr Vineeta, teachers & all the students of the primary wing. The special assembly began with the blessings showered by our headmistress Sr. Vineeta from the Holy Bible. A brief introduction was given as to why we celebrate Saint Chavara day on the 3rd Jan every year.Some sayings to the Saint Chavara to the children were read by the students. It highlighted the importance of the 1st Canonized Catholic male Saint a member of the Syro Malabar Church. One student was dressed up as St. Chavara. The students gave us a strong message on the vision, mission & goal of St Chavara. The special assembly gave a thoughtful conclusion to the saying “Let there be no day in your life in which you did no good to others”. After the silent prayer, the students of 3rd A wished all of us, a prosperous & blissful happy new year with a new year song. All our students enjoyed the topic as it could be presented after 2 years of the pandemic. The prayer service was blessed with the golden words of wisdom by our Principal Rev. Dr Sr. Kripa. The assembly concluded with the pledge and the National Anthem.
